  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly.

Customers will be notified via email if there is a significant delay in processing their order.


Shipping Locations

Currently, Luxvado ships across India.
We may expand to international shipping in the future.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Product weight

  • Courier partner charges

Shipping costs (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email.

  • The email will include a tracking number and courier details so you can track your package.


Delays in Delivery

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Logistics issues

  • Public holidays

  • Unexpected courier delays

Luxvado is not responsible for delays caused by courier services after dispatch.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • The order may be delayed or returned.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you have not received your package:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and photos (if damaged).

We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
